A McDonald’s branch in Glasgow (Scotland) has started to play classical music each evening in the hope that it will keep teenagers from provoking altercations amongst customers. Will this strategy make McDonald’s customers appreciate classical music in the long run? Or will it encourage teenagers to see classical music as a tool used against them?
